May not be related: Many severe or constant headaches (HA) are called 'migraines' but may be another type of HA.To sort this out, I suggest a visit to a doctor who does osteopathic diagnosis & manipulation,prolotherapy or neuroprolotherapy.It's possible to sort out the real cause of HA with precise history & hands-on physical exam.Nosebleed could have several causes incl simply dry nasal membranes.Exam may clarify.
