What to do if i have degenerative spinal stenosis and have a chronic pain in my right shin and ankle, a numbing pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See a physiatrist: Try conservative treatment by physiatrist 1st. It it fails then surgical option can be considered if all investigations confirm pinching of nerves in the low back.
