Likely other cause: Rabies has a long incubation time. You should finish the vaccination program. The only other prophylactic treatment is rabies immune globulin which is recommended only (when needed) during the first 7 days of the vaccination program. There are more likely reasons for a sore throat, even with exposure history to rabies. If it persists, see your doctor for evaluation
