See below: Assuming you are otherwise healthy (no renal disease or GERD), eating tomatoes shouldn't be a problem. However, you still need variety. 1) Limit how many tomatoes you buy from the store. If you grow your own, cut them up and freeze them - harder to get to. 2) Consciously think about other fruits/veggies and mix them with your tomatoes. You're craving for tomatoes will fade a little.
