Enamel erosion: Consuming an acid-rich food can put our teeth at risk and this can happen more easily than you'd expect. Some of our healthy diet, like fruits, fruit juices, lemon, tomatoes, strawberries, certain salad dressings can be putting our enamel at risk. Use the Fluoride tooth paste for protection.

Acidic foods: Acidic foods will irritate damaged teeth. But avoiding tomatoe sauce will not fix your problem. You need to see a Dentist immediately. It sounds as if your teeth are badly infected and that infection is spreading through your body to other organs, doing damage. PLEASE see a Dentist immediately.
