Consult a Gyn soon: Although most episodes of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding are benign, they not a signal that "your period has started again" and they do need to be evaluated ( Gyn exam, Pap test, pelvic sonogram or saline sonohysterogram, etc...possible office sampling, hysteroscopy, or D andC...) to determine the possible cause of the bleeding and rule out an endometrial lesion and ultimately reassure you.
