Lap cholecystectomy: If your hida scan shows an ejection fraction of only 2%, you almost certainly have biliary dyskinesia causing you abdominal symptoms. You should see a general surgeon soon to consider having a laparoscopic cholecystectomy with the expectation that your symptoms will be resolved.
