Nothing.: Unless you are having problems with the remaining ovary you do not need anything done. We recommend removal of an ovary if their is a mass, pain or some other problem. A family history of ovarian cancer is also something that may prompt removal of ovaries. For more specific information see your gyn.

Menopause: At this age menopause is very possible. So one or two ovaries removed not going to make much difference.
If you do not have any symptoms, no specific treatment other than calcium/vit d supplements and others problems if any need to be addressed.
