Can you tell me how i can manage a puncture wound?

Do not seal: Puncture wounds need to drain as have high potential for infection. They should not be surgically closed. And should be irrigated daily and sometimes packed with a wick to avoid premature closure at the surface. If you see any signs of cellulitis or purulent drainage seek care with your pcp.
