Get Examined: Puncture wounds should be carefully managed, as the surface may heal, trapping bacteria, unwanted materials, etc. Which can get infected ; pose major problems. Through immediate cleansing is mandatory, and may need protection from tetanus or bacteria depending on cause agent. See your physician to be helped... Not a type of wound to ignore.
