Puncture Wound: It is probably a good idea to have this looked at by your clinician since a puncture wound can cause structural and infectious problems (in addition to being painful). Your clinician will inquire about your tetanus immune status (a vaccine for tetanus is required every ten years). If you have a neuropathy, arterial disease and or are diabetic you must seek urgent help!
