Why??: You are now a mature adult ,who should be confident and secure in who you are and what you stand for. Why would you want people to think you are an immature age who may have looks but not the maturity or wisdom of an adult? If you want to take a couple of years off, fine. See a dermatologist for a deep peel or laser touch-ups. But don't put yourself back into puberty - we all know the difference.

Unrealistic!: This sounds unrealistic to me! I think investigating the underlying reasons for wanting to look younger might be in order. Enjoy life to the fullest! Hit the gym daily, maintaining normal weight helps youthful appearence. If you have the resources, retin a (tretinoin) creme is approved for wrinkles and botox is pricy but will reduce fine lines. Count Your Blessings!
