Most likely OK: It is reasonably unlikely that a 25 year old women would have significant cardiovascular disease to produce a discomfort such as you describe but it is not impossible. Like any persistent chest discomfort you should be evaluated by a health care professional to ascertain the etiology. Make an appointment this week!
