Get more sleep: Assuming that you are getting enough sleep (7.5-8.5 hours), which is a big assumption if you are a student, you could have a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea or narcolepsy. If you find that you are still excessively sleepy even after an adequate night of sleep, you should discuss this with you doctor and perhaps request a referral to a sleep disorder center for further evaluation.
