Sleep in class: The obvious answer would be get more sleep at night, but if he class is right after lunch and the lights get turned down to show slides, I will be right there with you having the head bobs. Try eating meals and snacks with high protein content. This will keep your blood sugar high longer.

Drowsiness: Get a better sleep at night. Try and increase your sleep time to at least 7 hours and preferably 8 hours. Coffee is a good stimulant as long as you don't drink it later in the day.
