How can i ease a friend's extremely sore muscles?

You cann't: Ask your friend to see his or her primary care physician for further w/u to find the cause of her pain and muscle soreness. Her or his PMD can get imaging studies done if needed and or refer your friend to physical therapy and prescribe medications for muscle soreness and pain.
