How can i assess an ankle injury?

Couple of ways to do: It: 1: see your pcp ; follow his/her instructions; 2: trying pain meds/ice/wrap/elevation for a couple of days would be helpful, if not, you need to see your pcp for possible onward referral to an orthopod.
