Well, here's the: Thing: ace bandages don't offer any support and may give you a false sense of security. First, make sure your ankle injury isn't serious by seeing a podiatrist or orthopedist and getting x-rayed. In minor injuries, a soft cast or even a certain type of boot is fine. More serious injuries require a cast or even surgery. Don't assume; get checked out!
