A member asked:

Can stomach cancer manifest itself in just upper abdominal discomfort that doesn't go all day everyday?

Usually not but: You've written a few times now. It's time you get to a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy. Nothing else will set your mind at ease -- or find that lesion (or premalignant lesion -- you may have barrett's).
