No: Gastric cancer would be extremely unlikely at your age. Bloating of the upper abdomen may be secondary to a large number of conditions, most of which are benign. If the symptoms persist you may want to obtain some bloodworm, an ultrasound of liver and gallbladder, eventually an upper endoscopy.
