What does stomach or abdomen/colon cancer feel like?

At your age: Risks for cancer are very low. There is no specific feeling for stomach or colon cancer. Advanced disease can gave various pains ; weight loss, but very unlikely at your age. I note you are already on high dose narcorics that can cause abdominal bloating, discomfort ; constipation. See a gastroenterologist for consultation.
