Obesity: Not sure what the 70 is, genetics is a big factor. Improve your dimensions with core, ab, ham, gluteus toning and some aerobics.

Likely normal: A weight of 70 kilograms and a height of 169 centimeters is considered normal. Human body morphology can vary greatly. If the morphology is similar to that of ones parents, siblings, other blood relatives then considered a normal variant. Other symptoms would be present if hormonal problem. Can see a family doctor, internist or endocrinologist to get evaluated properly.
