No guarantee!: SSRIs are not taken irregularly (PRN). Many complain of weight gain, but it may or may not alter the proportions. Some don't have that problem but no one can be sure. Consider trying non-Rx therapy to see if that safer treatment may be enough. They can refer if needed. It will reduce need and optimize outcome.
