Mittlezmerg's pain: Ovulation pain is felt just like dysmenorrhea in lower abdomen deep in pelvis and can be very severe usually in middle of cycle usually lasting one day. If there is burning upon urination suggesting UTI must see physician. If the pain is every month in midcycle, probably of less concern. If pain persists beyond one or two days please see a physician.
