Had laparoscopy for cyst 9 days ago. about 3 days ago, pain started in lower mid abdomen.1 incision is now hard and has lumpy tissue. is it infected?

Possible: If it has increasing redness, swelling and tenderness then it is possible you are developing an infection. Also if there is any drainage from the incision this increases the likelyhood it's infected. If these symptoms persist or increase you should see your surgeon.
