I had a mri in october it shows a venous adnormality three neruo docs and a radiologist says normal three neruosurgeon says venous anginoma who is right? confusing today the least need neck surgery ok

Sounds like: Diversity of opinion regarding a prominent deep vein versus a venous angioma (developmental venous anomaly). As venous angiomas rarely cause problems by themselves, either diagnosis is cause for reassurance.

Venous anomaly: Sounds like it is a venous anomaly which can be quite normal and is rather treated in the sense of surgery.
