I wanna be a surgeon but i have adhd what can i do to make that happen cause when im on my meds im smart when im off it im not so smart ?

Control your adhd, so it does not control your life! seek until you get the treatment that works and you tolerate! you may need different doctors, evaluations, treatments (medication/non-medication) along the way.
