Fatty liver: You are only 21 and have fatty liver? This is not good. The fat in the liver is likely causing a low grade damage, which is why the alt is elevated. Alcohol is simply one more insult, and should be avoided. You don't want cirrhosis. Weight loss and control of other metabolic problems is very important. Also, you need to make sure there is not some other cause of the liver problems.

Very bad: Continued alcohol consumption will lead to cirrhosis and liver failure. That would in turn place your life in jeopardy. I urge you to get help and to join aa.
