It's okay: This is higher than most women but no reason to go hunting for a cause. Trusting she wasn't dehydrated. If she has sleep apnea or chronic lung disease, a history and physical exam will reveal it. Other causes would either have become known by her age, or are not worth discovering (e.g., a high-affinity hemoglobin). If this is much higher than it has been, consider repeating.
