Each : Each laboratory may have slightly different norms. Usually a normal hct (hematocrit) level for a women is between about 36 to 48%. A normal HGB (hemoglobin) level for a woman is around 12 to 16 g/dl. I do not know what an isat is. It sounds like you are anemic. Be concerned: You are anemic enough to require blood transfusion, if you were to fall ill. Consult a hematologist. Start taking oral iron and multivitamins now, while waiting for your appointment.
