In general, does everyone who gets a paragard experience cramping after more than just the first couple days, or do most not have long term cramps?

Some cramping yes, : Some cramping is expected, how much will vary from woman to woman. If you think it it too much or too long visit with your doctor. Sometimes they will suggest a NSAID to help lessen the severity of the cramps.
