Join a gym: It's difficult to lose unnecessary weight yourself. It requires tremendous motivation, ; nowadays, a good understanding of nutrition ; exercise balance. My advice is to join a local gym and sign up with a exercise trainer to guide you, to motivate you, to monitor your progress, and to reassure you are successful. Too many self help programs fail because of the lack of accountability. Join a gym!
