I'm 9 wkd but i'm bleeding but no pain n my sonogram say i'm 6weeks1day but no heartbeep what should i do?

Could be miscarriage: If your menstrual dates are solid this is unfortunately a negative sign and you are at high risk for a miscarriage. If menstrual/conception dates unknown for certain there is a chance you are not as far as you thought and still could be ok. Unfortunately out of your hands. Time will tell. Usually follow up in a week with another sono unless bleeding becomes heavy which would fit with miscarriage.
