For 1 day only?: Of course this isn't a nutritionally healthy food plan for long term, as it isn't sustainable. It provides mostly starch -- and little protein, minerals, or vitamins. Eating this for one day only, though, isn't likely to harm a basically healthy person. If the person is diabetic, blood sugars could be affected.
