Yes, bc decreased: Alprazolam oral and levonorgestrel-ethinyl estrad oral Alprazolam oral will increase the level or effect of levonorgestrel-ethinyl estrad oral by mechanism: the metabolism of the drug is decreased. May increase drug side effects; especially drowsiness.
