Pain in molars: Need more information. When was the last time you had a dental examination? How long have you had this pain? Is it constant or intermittent? How long have you been using the night guard? Two possibilities come to mind. Either there is a problem with your teeth or the night guard needs to be adjusted. Make an appointment to see your dentist.

Adjustment: Beware the otc night guards. If yours was made by dentist return for adjustment. You may need occlusal adjustment or orthodontic treatment to resolve this problem.

Molars Hurt?: This sounds a little strange. Your bite perhaps needs some adjustments, or you may have a crack on a molar, or a cavity. See your dentist.
