Can misalignment of teeth cause pain while eating? two of my lower molars are not aligned with upper jaw (they used to until wisdom tooth tried to come but was impacted, got it removed), and they hurt sometimes while eating, can aligners fix this?

A malocclusion can cause pain on biting due to aberrant forces being placed on certain teeth. Speak to your local dentist regarding treatment options.

Mal-aligned teeth/jaws (malocclusion) can cause soreness/pain. But so can numerous other dental;/oral problems. Start with your Dentist. Referral to an Orthodontist for an Initial Orthodontic Examination (Usually free) and a discussion of whether not Orthodontic treatment would be of benefit. Know also that braces are still the gold standard, although aligners may be an option.
