Yes you can: You can also help yourself further by avoiding foods with pesticides on them, and eating as healthily as you can. This means eating organic fruits and veggies, especially those in the "dirty dozen": http://tinyurl.com/c7g2a6q those in the "clean 15" are less pesticide-laden. Success: You certainly can! many folks dealing w/adhd have wonderful personalities. They can be high energy and sometimes that can tire others out a bit. Keep a good sense of humor and all can be well.
