No, not normal: No, this is not normal, but help is available. You list yourself as being in "behavior therapy" -- are you still doing this? It sounds like you may need to also work with a psychiatrist, in addition to your psychotherapy. Medications can also be helpful, where needed -- and the psychiatrist can help assess your situation ; response to treatment so far. Your pcp can help review overall health.

Therapy will help.: No this is not normal. There is help available in the form of behavior therapy. If you are not in therapy now, please do find a therapist to help you with these symptoms. You also may be helped by a psychiatrist who will help with the medication aspect of this condition. Cognitive behavior therapy can help with thinking errors and reduction of anxiety. You can feel better!
