Depression & PTSD: Ptsd & depression can be hard to bear. The only treatment you list is fluvoxamine. Medication is generally not enough to deal with ptsd on its own, and psychotherapy is also needed. People with depression get better results if adding therapy to medications also. Please speak with your doctor about working in psychotherapy -- it could help you move through this pain. Hoping the best for you.

Mental Health: If you are one fluvoxamine you have likely been on other medications first. Medications are useful but finding the right one and the right dose for you maybe difficult and requires persistent effort. You must also find a therapist for talk therapy. A child/adolescent psychiatrist for medications and a psychotherapist for talk therapy. Both are essential!
