"Anxiety and depression", and stress in general can delay ovulation, leading to irregular menstruation. See your physician for guidance on possible medications for relief of anxiety/depression.

Every other month may be normal for you but please see a Gynecologist for a thorough examination. In addition please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy for help with your depression and anxiety, and, if needed, a Psychiatrist for medication .
