No stimulants: Try getting off any stimulants like coffee or tea. Also get a really good workout which will reduce your desire to clench. See an oral surgeon or dds for a mouthguard.

Muscles can be relaxed with moist warm compresses and chamomile tea. Over the counter pain medications that you might consider taking for a headache could relive some discomfort as well.
