I recently got my 3rd lower-left horizontally impacted wisdom tooth removed. treatment was carried under loc anesthesia but as doc reached closer to root while drilling and breaking the tooth, i felt more and more pain. is it how it is supposed to be

Anesthesia: Under ideal circumstance you should only feel pressure. If you ever need local anesthetic again discuss your experiences with your practitioner before the procedure.
