Likely: How many cesareans a woman can have really depends on how she heals and her tissue. The biggest concern is that the placenta doesn't pull away from the uterus after baby is born and then massive bleeding occurs and you need a hysterectomy. That's the biggest concern. 2nd is injury to bladder or bowel due to scar tissue. You might consider having your tubes tied while doctor is doing cesarean?
