A member asked:

Can a woman who has never had a baby use an iud?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Ron Eaker answered

Yes: Never having a baby is not a reason not to use an iud. We used to limit women without children in their contraceptive choices, but studies have shown them to be safe in their use in nulligravidas (women with no pregnancies).
