I took a zpac for bronchitis and finished it 2 days ago. i still have a slight fever between 99.2-99.5 and still have symptoms. could it be pneumonia?

Z pac: Chances are, your bronchitis may have been viral in origin and as a result did not respond to the z pac.It is unlikely that you have pneumonia, but the cough may linger for a week or longer.
