Tea quicker acting: In general, teas are quicker acting than pills but it doesn't make much difference. The main issue is convenience. You can carry pills with you more easily than a tea pot. Hope your anxiety lowers. We all have it to some degree but when it gets uncomfortable it's good to use some strategies to help resolve it. The very best to you.

Capsule form: The best way to take is in capsule form and is available in vitamin shops or most pharmacies.
