Biopsy tomorrow, nervous. can i take a tea of valerian or camomile to help me relaxing.i have been told not to because the risk of bleeding-just 1cup?

No: No. Drinking herbal/chamomile tea could interfere with clotting and can cause increased bleeding. This will cause a delay in your biopsy procedure. Getting a biopsy is nerve racking as well as is waiting for the final biopsy results. Your anxiety is completely understandable; however, doing something to delay/jeopardize this procedure will just cause you more unnecessary trouble.
