Appear to be: Unrelated to cancer , more info needed not just differential count , if antibiotic you are taking , is rx ed by your doctor is ok , other wise see your doctor for the cause of your fever in order to treat you.

Probably infection : Unlikely cancer. More likely to be an infection with increases neutrophils. Would not suspect cancer. Hope this helps.
