Transient paresthesi: Could be worry with hyperventilation. Could be temporary electrolyte shifts (check your blood).

Needs to be checked: It is very difficult to say what is causitng your symptoms i will advice you consult your doctor as you are having pins and needles in both hands and you need a thorough examination including neurological exam and if indicated some othe tess.
